HER STORY
From Turin to New York, Simona Rodano has spent more than two decades using the performing arts to connect cultures, inspire students, and celebrate the Italian language through music and theater.
Trained in both music and acting in Milan, Simona also pursued a Master's degree in Biology before moving to New York to continue her academic PhD in Biology. Ultimately, she chose to dedicate her career to the arts a decision that led to performances on international stages, appearances on Italy's national broadcaster RAI, and starring roles in productions including Pinocchio Il Grande Musical.
In 2005, she founded Incanto Productions with the belief that music and storytelling could transform language education. Through original multilingual productions, educational residencies, and The Italian Fairy®, her work has reached more than 120,000 students across the United States and Canada, fostering cultural exchange between Italy and New York.

After more than twenty years of building cultural bridges through music, theater, and education, Simona Rodano continues to expand her vision with Generations of Voices, a new international initiative celebrating the power of the performing arts to unite children across cultures and generations.
Rooted in the belief that every voice has the power to inspire understanding, the initiative creates opportunities for young performers, educators, families, and communities to connect through multilingual music, artistic collaboration, and shared cultural experiences.
Generations of Voices represents the next chapter in Simona's lifelong mission: honoring cultural heritage and fostering cultural exchange while inspiring future generations through creativity, education, and the universal language of the arts.
